CHURCH WIDE PRAYER

“Coming together on behalf of our church, neighborhood, and city to faithfully labor in care and prayer for one another.”

On the last Sunday of the month, from 5-7pm, we gather together for what we call “Church Wide Prayer.” This gathering is a focused time where the body comes together, shares a meal, and labors hard to live out the “one anothers” as scripture commands us by praying and meeting needs.

Monthly Church Wide Prayer is a significant part of the rhythms of our church and how we live life together as one body.

I’ve been a Christian for a long time, so I’ve attended many prayer meetings, but this is different. I have never before experienced where we labor in prayer for both the church and the city with intentional focus, for needs bigger than just my personal ones, and yet that includes my personal needs too. It has made me feel heard, loved, and cared for.
